... and I've managed to irritate Rick.
But it was fun.
I got up around 9:00 (!) and then headed to my computer. Rick was already up and had the bedroom TV on. Then he came out to the family room and headed straight for the TV. And turned it on. I saw an opportunity to scold him.
There were now two TVs on but he did not turn one of them off.
Later I was in the kitchen and whipped up a large, wonderful breakfast. He did not eat it. He preferred his usual coffee and toast. I scolded him.
And even later, we needed to run an errand. He couldn't go. 'The View' was on, after all.
I didn't scold him. Instead he scolded me.
"When do you go back to work?"
"Why?"
"Because you're messing up my routine."
"You've got a routine? I mean, 'The View' is part of your routine???"
We went our separate ways today. The divorce should be final in about six months.
