I was driving around Carrollton, Texas this afternoon on my way from one school to another. I decided I needed ice cream. Just 'cuz.


And there it was. Lo and behold, my favorite ice cream joint was out of business. BUT SOMETHING BETTER IS ABOUT TO TAKE IT'S PLACE!


Heaven, I'm in Heaven... and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak...

Okay, well, I'm not THAT excited about this, but I am pretty darned excited.

Lunch is now planned out for me every Wednesday and Friday (the days I'm at the schools closest to ol' Carl) and probably even a few other days of the week.

Even the back side of the sign looked good...

You know, I can just smell those onion rings now.
