Okay... Even I'M not this bad

Does anyone have a 6-9 month old daughter or granddaughter who could use a really cute pair of shoes?  My daughter saw these at Ross & bought them.  No, she doesn’t have a daughter, or niece, or anything... but due to her shoe addiction and eye for a bargain, she “just had to get them”!
