rain, rain, go away

Apparently there's no such thing as Spring anymore.  Texas or back East.  Or California.  It doesn't matter.  Spring is history. 

 

It may be April but we're either wearing mittens or rain boots here in North Dallas.  Because it's Spring?  Yeah, I don't get it, either.

 

Chuck is just as confused as the folks here in Big D.  Chuck had on a speedo and sunglasses yesterday but donned his favorite rain boots once the weather changed, again.

 

Lucky for Chuck I didn't need these today ...
