I'm young again!

I heard today that Kathy Lee Gifford is going to return to morning television. And no matter what you think of her, her interview on the radio today was very cute.

She said: "This is the worst time for me to be returning to TV. I'm eight years older, ten pounds heavier and a half inch shorter. Not so great for HDTV."

Kathy Lee is 54 years old.
Kathy Lee got me to thinking.

Remember that article that I found that said that 60 is considered elderly? Well, Kathy Lee need not worry!

I'm hearing it said that 60 is the new 50. And 50 is the new 40. 40 is 30, 30 is 20 and so on.

Therefore... if 60 equals 50 which equals 40 which equals 30 (okay I'll stop there) it should be safe to assume that 60 EQUALS 30! It's only logical.

So... HEY! I'm not middle aged! I'm still young! Heck, I'm not even married at this point.

I couldn't feel better about myself after this revelation. In fact, I think I'll go drink some Kool-Aid.
