The new school year has started here and The Department of Education has just ruled that the bible - that's right, THE BIBLE - may be taught in schools as an elective. In Texas, anyway.
And there ain't nothin' wrong with that. It's not like it's being shoved down kid's throats. It's an elective!
Our founding fathers would be proud.
