Said book was up on my 'desktop' at work. Yes, I'd downloaded it to my computer desktop to give it one final look-see before sending it off once again to the publisher.

A good hunk of my job is to take certain Special Ed documents and scan them into my computer and then upload them into a student's profile. And there they'll sit until they are needed again.
I uploaded my book to a student today.
Oh, I didn't mean to... it just happened. And that's what you get when you are really only half there. Only half awake, because you've been up all night editing said book.
Thank goodness I caught it before it was permanently sealed to a kid's life story.
At least I hope I did...
I have a feeling I'm going to be up all night tonight, too ... worrying.
