Some of the students at one of my schools had to write essays about people's true colors and how those colors effect their everyday lives...
Here are some excerpts ~
Line from Sam’s paper:
“I mostly help orange people because they make a big mess that I have to clean up so that’s why I do not make that many orange friends…it makes me so much pooped out that I get tired”
Line from Janelle’s paper:
“Most of the green people need a gold person keeping track of what they should do… Greens sometimes get grumpy, but that’s how green people are…”
And just for the record... these were written by eighth graders.... not first graders.
