I am the proud owner of a new curling iron. It's been awhile since I needed to buy a new one and a few rules have changed since my last purchase. Good grief, have they!
Check out no. 13. I wish someone had told me this earlier because that's my favorite way to do my hair. Yep, it is. Eyes wide shut.
I'm also intrigued by the very last sentence. I'd love to know who was trying to plug the curling iron into the toaster. Oh, wait. Maybe they just didn't know they had to plug it in at all. Maybe they were just sitting there waiting. And waiting. And the cold curling iron was just sitting there waiting. And waiting. It was a stand off for sure. Till someone finally realized that you had to plug the dang thing into an outlet.
Know what my sweet husband said to me tonight?
"Oh, did you have a bad hair day today?"
Yeah. I guess I needed a new curling iron. Remind me tomorrow to plug it in. And to open my eyes.
